Join us for the 2026 Fuquay-Varina Economic Development Summit presented by SVN Raleigh, held at the Fuquay-Varina Arts Center on Tuesday, February 10th.

Summit Schedule (12:00pm-1:30pm)
Doors open at 11:30am with Lunch, sponsored by First Federal Bank, and networking. The Summit begins promptly at 12:00pm. Learn about the projects happening around Fuquay-Varina: Economic, Real Estate, Small Business, and more! 

Mayor Bill Harris will welcome us and give quick highlight on Fuquay-Varina.

John Loyack, VP of Economic Development for the NC Community College System will be our keynote speaker! He will be presenting on "Economic Realities, Strategic Growth: A Roadmap for Local Businesses”. 

Jim Seymour, Assistant Town Manager - Development Services from the Town of Fuquay-Varina will be giving us an update on all things Fuquay-Varina!

Optional Bus Tour (2:00pm-3:30pm)
There is an optional bus tour sponsored by Pine State Construction Group after the Summit to show you projects around our area, starting at 2:00pm. The bus tour is lead by our Assistant Town Manager Jim Seymour and other key town staff. Please make sure you purchase your ticket in advance as this bus tour sold out last year.
